We are going to have a Kundalini Yoga workshop class on
Saturday October 13th from 1-4 pm (Donation only).

Kundalini Yoga - w/Ravi Konduri

October 13th, Sat 1:00 – 4:00 PM

Come and learn the yoga technology to invoke and use your
innate kundalini (bio) energy to its fullest potential. Gain the
knowledge and tools to take advantage of your own breathing
cycle to control your mind, as breath is the key mind-body
connector. Traditional kundalini yoga is based on keeping
the seven major chakras (nerve plexus) along the spine active
and under control through asanas (body control) and
pranayama (breath control). Come and experience your inner
“self. This is a donation only based class.

*Almost all of our classes are at least 1 hour + 15 min long.

Unlike other studios - we recognize and embrace that
all forms of Yoga are good and that one of our goals
is to prepare you to be able to take Yoga classes
anywhere within any Yoga style. We will be pleased
to assist you in preparing to take Yoga classes
elsewhere, just tell us what you are interested in.

Studio Tips

*Always check the online schedule before coming.

*We do have loaner mats for out of town visitors.

*Affordable Private Instruction is available.

*You can always use the stairs near the McDonalds.
Especially the evening classes if the front door is locked.

*Learn to use the service road behind the buildings, don't
create frustration by waiting to turn across Sand Lake Rd.

***All forms of Yoga are good!
Please find the Yoga that fits your needs.

Please dress in layers, we are in a office building
location. The studio is a little cooler for the
weekday daytime classes, if you like your Yoga
warmer, try a weekend class or evening.

What to expect:
At South West Orlando Yoga we believe that all forms of Yoga are good
and we perceive Asana practice as an ongoing living laboratory, if you
are searching for innovative, interesting and unique Yoga Asana
creatively choreographed for the Actively Fit we may be a great studio
for you. We will aspire to create within you ever deepening layers of
awareness through the interweaving of both interesting Asana and
interactive Pranayama.
